Floatery · Dan River Tubing

Our Routes

Two ways to float the Dan River with Floatery — a calm, lazy drift or a livelier run through the rapids. Pick your pace, grab a tube, and we'll handle the shuttle.

For 2026 season we are only running “The Lazy Route”.  “The Spicy Route” is closed for Maintenance.

★ New This Season The Lazy Route

The Slide

Our brand-new 65-foot tube slide launches you straight into the Dan River — pure fun, zero hesitation required. It's one of two ways to start the Lazy Route.

  • Straight into the river — your float begins the second you splash down.
  • Prefer to ease in? Choose the Peaceful Entry instead and wade in at your own pace.
  • Either way, you're floating the calm Dan from Floatery's own riverfront.
