Dirty Dan got its name for when it rains, the river is surrounded by non developed land and the water can get brown from the soil color at times.
We work with many of the Meetup Groups to help them facilitate the ultimate “Meetup”, Mother Natures Lazy River.
We work directly with the Meetup Lead and help gather everyone to make sure its not complete madness for them.
Being on a Motorcycle poses some challenges to enjoy a day on the river with beverages. We provide these groups with the cooler once they arrive.
There is a Dollar General right across the bridge to grab things to pack that cooler.
We also make sure the Motorcycles are directly under a security camara, although we have cameras everywhere for your safety.

I did a trip on the Dan River many years ago, and while the company I used that time was decent, we will definitely be returning for another tubing trip soon. Our Meetup group is out of Durham, was skeptical driving the hour and asking others to do so. So thankful we did. What an amazing time we all had! Was able to get dryed off, given they have changing rooms, before our ride back to Durham.
